Create bulk requests

  1. Open the Bulk Actions page.
  2. Select the required action from the dropdown list.
  3. Select the Instructions information icon to view:

    • The required information for the selected action.
    • The expected format of each row.
    • Examples of correctly formatted requests.
  4. The template of the selected resource will be displayed above the text section.Enter the requests in the text section, with each request on a separate row.

The required information changes based on the selected action. For example, a virtual machine creation request may include:

bgId, name, description, os, tSize, network, disk, backupRepositoryId, backupRegim, userScript, pass, privateIp, storage

Tip

Ensure that the information in each row follows the same order and format displayed under Instructions.

Validate requests

After entering the requests, select Validate.

The system validates each row separately and displays:

  • Requests that passed validation.
  • Requests that failed validation.
  • The reason for each validation failure.

Review and correct any failed rows, then validate them again before submission.

Submit requests

Once the required rows pass validation, select Submit.

Each row is submitted as an individual request. Therefore, requests entered together may complete at different times or have different statuses.

Track request progress

To monitor the submitted requests, select Request List from the right side of the page header.

The Request List displays the processing progress and current status of each submitted request.
